These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to LibControl software, websites, and related services provided by Phenomit. By using LibControl you agree to these Terms.

Service

LibControl is a cloud-based library management product. Features, limits, and pricing depend on your selected plan. We may update the product from time to time to improve security, performance, or functionality.

Accounts & responsibilities

• You are responsible for accurate registration details and keeping login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for data entered by your staff and for complying with applicable laws when handling student or member information.
• You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other customers.

Subscriptions & billing

Fees are billed as agreed in your plan (monthly or yearly). Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension after reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

LibControl, its branding, code, and documentation remain the property of Phenomit. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your library operations for the subscription term.

Availability & support

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime. Support is provided per your plan during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9:00–18:00 IST).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phenomit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of LibControl. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate per the subscription agreement. On termination, access may be disabled and data export may be available for a limited period upon request.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hisar, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
